Return Process

  Log into your Worthwrap account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and functionality of the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
